On Septembr 8th, the conference "Network of renal health care. SSPP. Rosario, 2011-2015."  will be held. In charge of the conference are: Dr. Claudio Alonso, medical nefrologist and head of PAIS-R, Dra. Elba Hernández, medical nefrologistc in SSP and member of PAIS-R and Dra. Ana Pendino, statistician in the Local Health Network.

After the presentations, a space for questions and open discussion will take place.

This conference forms part of the Cycle of teleconferences on experiences of interventions to improve coordination between levels of care.The conference will be broadcasted via a videoconference.
